Piano Technique – Theory / Composition / Improvisation (Beginner / Intermediate) – Remote
Offering piano lessons remotely. Theory and Composition BA degree holder (Loyola Marymount University). Over 15 years experience teaching piano to beginner / intermediate students.

Learn:
- Reading music (standard notation – treble and bass clef, chords, fake books)
- Piano technique
- Music Theory
- Songwriting/Composition
- Improvisation
Let’s learn and use anything from Chopsticks to Chopin and grow a love for music. The end goal of my lesson approach is creativity and expression. More than just rote learning and memorizing pieces, let’s explore what makes music tick and how you can experience it from a creator’s standpoint.
I am interested in taking any student able to learn well in a Zoom or similar format. My specialization is in helping students grow their music writing skills as well as performance skills on the piano. If you’ve ever thought you wanted to learn how to compose or improvise but thought it wasn’t for you, my approach may interest you.
Basic beginner piano lessons are welcomed! At this time I will be taking students 10 years old and above.
Beginner adults do very well in this format. If you’ve ever wanted to learn, I provide a stress free, fun, and affordable option.
College student struggling with theory? I’m here for you!
Lesson Price — $30 for a half hour lesson once weekly
Payment can be made via PayPal, Venmo, or Square (if using a credit card). Please contact me with which option you would prefer.
